Every apprentice must complete onboarding and have completed initial assessment before they can start their programme, only then are they allocated a Talent Coach and money would be drawn down from the levy. Onboarding includes role suitability assessment, application form, apprenticeship agreement, skills scan, and BKSB initial assessment.
