How will I know the apprentice is achieving their skills and behaviours?

The apprentice will be allocated a Talent Coach who will assess their progress at at least every 12 weeks and you will be invited to this meeting. When the progress review is completed, this will be sent to the line manager and the apprentice for signature. If an apprentice is not progressing as expected, they will be put on a targeted work plan to ensure they can complete their programme.
