How will I know I am achieving the apprenticeship skills and behaviours?

Modified on Thu, 1 Aug at 3:07 PM

An apprenticeship is a three-way agreement between ‘the learner’ you, ‘the employer’ and us Kaplan. You will be supported by a team at Kaplan and will have a dedicated Talent Coach who will provide regular reviews and guidance if needed. They will support you during your apprenticeship programme, ensuring you are progressing as you should be. It is their job to work with you to identify any possible gaps in your skills development and signpost support for how to fill those gaps.

You will attend Kaplan learning sessions and become part of our community. You should also be fully supported within your role by your manager and work peers. You will have access to a bank of online training resources additionally to help with any self study as needed.
