You will have access to support required for your technical studies during your apprenticeship via your MyKaplan account. You can contact your tutor for advice, alongside use resources for students and apprentices.
Furthermore, you can access your e-portfolio system, OneFile, which can be used to message your Talent Coach and track your progress against the knowledge, skills, and behaviours of the apprenticeship.
