At present 'request a callback' is only available to UK students on selected courses. Students outside the UK are able to contact their tutor via the email icon for your course on your MyKaplan homepage. Your tutor may also use the course discussion forum tool available in your course. Selected courses also have specialist support tutors available who can be contacted via email, live chat, or subject discussion forums.
