Where available, Live Chat can be accessed from the 'Contact a Tutor' dropdown menu, found at the top of the page in MyKaplan. Select 'Chat with a Tutor'. We are phasing in Live Chat for our courses, starting with CIMA and ICAEW, so this feature may not yet be available to you. The Live Chat tool will put you through to a specialist support tutor in our academic support team.
If you have a non-content related issue, you can chat with a Student Services adviser through the Help and Support option on your MyKaplan account.
