When you place your order, you must input your mobile phone number at the check-out. Once the order has been picked up for the warehouse and is on it's way to you, you should receive a text message with delivery information. If you have forgotten to add your mobile number and want to see if a tracking number has been allocated yet, you can get in touch with our Student Service team via the Help and Support pages by Live Chat, or by emailing studentservices@kaplan.co.uk.
