What do I need to bring to my AAT exam?

You'll need to bring photo ID with you to your AAT exam. This is only limited to a current and valid:


  • Full UK or country of origin passport
  • National identity (ID) card
  • European Economic Area (EEA) member state ID card
  • Full or provisional UK/EU photocard driving license
  • Residency permit issued by the Home Office
  • Citizen Card (accompanied by a signed credit/debit card as proof of signature)


No other forms will be accepted.


You may also bring pens, pencils, and a calculator. No other equipment is allowed. Please be aware that calculators are NOT provided by the exam centre.
