Once your enrolment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and an invitation to your online learning environment, MyKaplan**.
For classroom courses we will aim to deliver your materials roughly 2 weeks prior to the start of your course. For Online and self-study courses your materials will be dispatched following confirmation of your enrolment based on our standard delivery times detailed below:
Our standard delivery times are:
UK – 3 to 5 working days
EU – 5 to 7 working days
Rest of the World – 7 to 10 working days*
*Subject to availability.
Please ensure that your preferred delivery details are up to date in MyKaplan.
**MyKaplan invitation will be sent to new students when the course content becomes available.
