How do I resolve buffering issues with tutorials or recordings?

Broadband is strongly recommended when using MyKaplan. If you’re having buffering issues, using a cabled connection instead of Wi-Fi may improve the issue (especially if you are using a work computer).


Opening the link, where the video is, in Google Chrome Incognito mode may also improve performance.
